Who are you?
Why are you here?
What is your life about?
How you answer those questions makes all the difference in how you live your life.
What is your awareness? How AWAKE are you?
How awake do you want to be?
Many can go through their entire life, with a very limited view of themselves and their life. Life is only about the physical, the body, the 5 senses, about survival, about self, about the ego, about the Daily Rat Race, about greed, about power, about surface, about looks, about success of money, titles, image. This can lead to an endless chasing for that elusive “happiness”, trying to look good, trying to impress others, doing, doing, doing, hitting one dead end after another. Life can feel very empty, depressing, meaningless. You’re born, live, die. Meanwhile, seeking distractions for momentary, fleeting pleasures of the senses. Numbing the pain of life, avoiding, escaping through addictions. Feeling worthless, questioning, fearful, insecure. Nothing lasts.

Yet, life, as life does, can throw you some huge curve balls of loss, of deep pain, of trauma, where your life as you have known it comes to an end, where you are enveloped in deep grief and you think your life is over. It is, as you have known it. However, the irony is, you are now just at the threshold of the option of waking up, of giving birth to yourself into a whole new stage of your understanding of those basic 3 questions again. Your journey of life, that seems to have ended, has provided you with an opportunity to now emerge to another whole level, that to your amazement, you were totally unaware of before.
In your pain of loss, of dealing with trauma, where your heart and body may feel broken, you might turn inward, trying to find answers to those questions again. And in doing so, you might discover your soul. Now you enter into a new life path, with very different answers to those Big Life Questions. You start to awaken. Your view, your awareness and understanding of life take on a whole new level. This is why the Road Map to your life journey, presented here, starts with grief. This is frequently the birthing of the real you, of who you are, why you are here and what your life it about. This is the story of the caterpillar to the butterfly.
